These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of the website spectrumar.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by Spectrumar S.R.L., with domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Buenos Aires City, Argentina, CUIT 30-71892456-3, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under No. 2021-04871293.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the conditions established herein, we ask that you do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Spectrumar operates an informational platform about real estate crowdlending in Argentina. Through the Site, we provide information about real estate development projects, the collective investment model, and available market segments. The Site is informational in nature and does not constitute a public offering of securities under the terms of Law 26,831 on Capital Markets. Any investment operation will be governed by the specific contracts entered into in due course.
3. User requirements
To use the Site and its services, you must: be over 18 years of age; have legal capacity to contract under Argentine law; provide truthful and up-to-date information in any form or communication.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these Terms shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of Buenos Aires City, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
